At Bolsco, we strive for customer satisfaction. This Return Policy outlines the procedures for returning or exchanging products purchased from our website or at our store in Sorakhutte, Kathmandu, Nepal.
Eligibility
Return/Exchange Window: To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition:
The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Sale items are generally not eligible for return or exchange, but exceptions may be made for defective products.
Return/Exchange Process
Online Orders:
Contact Us: Contact our customer service team via email at support@bolsco.com or by phone at 9851410200 to initiate the return/exchange process.
Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number: Our customer service team will provide you with an RA number and instructions on how to return the product.
Ship the Product: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method and at your own expense. Include the RA number on the return package.
Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Return/Exchange: If the return is approved we will ship the replacement product to you. You are

Exchange: If the exchange is approved, you can select a replacement product of equal or greater value. If the replacement product has a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
Exceptions
Sale Items: As mentioned earlier, sale items are generally not eligible for return or exchange. However, we may make exceptions for defective products.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement.
Conditions for Returns
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.
The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box. If the product was delivered in packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer's packaging / box.
NOTE:It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.
If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a exchange.
Note: If your return request has been rejected, the item will be delivered back to you between 5-9 days. Item will be sent to scrap after three (3) failed delivery attempts and no exchange will be given.
